We strongly believe in engaging local communities in their heritage. This ranges from providing an evening lecture through to actually involvement in our fieldwork. In the last 5 years we have worked on over 50 community archaeology projects, all centred on encouraging the local community to celebrate their shared heritage. We have found that engaging with communities who live in and around development areas is beneficial to everyone.
